lollipop-studded pumpkin

Part of the fun of Halloween, aside from overeating sweets and wearing scary costumes, is decorating your home and letting your children do most of the work themselves!

This lollipop-studded pumpkin is a great project for them (don’t be scared: it is pretty easy to do!!).

What you’ll need

  • 1 pumpkin
  • Lollipops
  • Toilet paper
  • String
  • Black marker pens
  • Scissors

How to make it

  1. Place one piece of toilet paper over the head of the lollipop.
  2. Tie tightly at the neck with a piece of stringlollipop ghost
  3.  Draw on eyes with black marker pen.
  4. Repeat until you have enough lollipop ‘ghosts’ to cover your pumkin!

…and while we won’t turn down a treat (or two!), why not prepare a healthy alternative as well? These ‘Banana Graveyard Ghosts’ (banana, crumbled chocolate cookies & choc chips) and ‘Clementine Pumpkins’ (clementine & celery) are guaranteed to be a huge hit!!!
